This drop-in class is aimed at those who wish to learn meditation or who want support maintaining and developing their meditation practice. Each week will focus on either the Mindfulness of Breathing or the Metta Bhavana (cultivating kindness) meditation practice. The evenings may include a led bodyscan or walking meditation and there will usually be an opportunity to discuss meditation during or after the class.
