WLBC Mindfulness Courses ‘Best in London’
Best mindfulness courses in London to boost your happiness and wellbeing
We are delighted to see that our Breathworks: Mindfulness for Stress courses have topped the list of “Best Mindfulness Courses in London to Boost Happiness and Wellbeing” in the Evening Standard this week.
We have a dedicated team of teachers at the WLBC who have trained with Breathworks, including our Centre Chair, Bodhilila.
We have two courses coming up in May:
Mindfulness for Health, Tuesdays 7 May to 25 June, 2.30 – 5pm led by Bodhilila.
Mindfulness for Stress, Wednesdays 15 May to 3 July, 7 – 9.30pm led by Karen.
If you have already completed an 8-week Breathworks course or similar and want to refresh your mindfulness practice, why not come along to the monthly Mindfulness for Wellbeing afternoons. The next one is on Saturday 20 April.
