pegasusAn evening workshop exploring personal transformation guided by the underlying principles of the middle way. The Buddha described his path to awakening as a ‘Middle Way’ that makes use of creatively clashing opposites to go ever higher — or deeper. Do we need to change ourselves? If so, how best to do it?  Vajradaka’s approach is designed to work in all aspects of one’s practice, as well as in daily life. He says that it “is an integration on many interconnecting levels which creates a vibrant and creative momentum in one’s personal practice and development”. One of the most experienced meditation teachers in Triratna, Vajradaka will bring together his teachings of the last two decades, teachings that draw on his experience of Western therapeutic disciplines and Western Mythology (including the winged horse Pegasus, shown here) as well as the Dharma.

Part of the Tuesday Sangha night series: ‘Buddhism hits the West.’

You need to know meditation to attend this class.
