New meditation book by Paramananda
WLBC meditation teacher Paramananda has just published his latest book, The Myth of Meditation: restoring imaginal ground through embodied Buddhist practice.
You can experience his unique approach to Buddhist meditation – highly poetic, emphasising body and imagination – at WLBC at his Thursday evening Meditation Space, or at his Meditation Club on the last Sunday of the month (unless, of course, he’s off leading a retreat!).
