An afternoon of silent, unled meditation practice in the Zen style, alternating short sits with slow walking meditation and short readings or poems. This extended period of continuous practice provides an opportunity to connect with an inner experience of silence, stillness and spaciousness. The afternoon will include a silent, mindful tea. The event runs on the second Saturday of the month.
