The Dharma Night class is a chance to explore Buddhism and meditation through a rolling programme of presentations and small group discussions. Open to all who have learned meditation.

Starting 3rd September From Pain to Compassion (also the theme of our next weekend retreat 20-22 September)

Join Amalavajra and a stunning array of practitioners for a look at how we can move from challenges, anger, pain, suffering – dukkha – to compassion for self and the world around us. Have a look at what’s coming up.

3rd September: Satipatthana practice night with Sudurjaya
10th September: Tara as the archetypal disciple with Maitrikumara
17th September: Compassion: the four essentials of partnership with Ratnaprabha
24th September: How to engage in puja with Vandanajyoti
1st October: Going for Refuge I with Sthiracitta
8th October: Going for Refuge II with Sthiracitta
15th October: Dharma revolutionaries with Aryavachin

22nd, 29th October; 5th, 12th November: meditation course (for experienced) with Paramananda

A Buddhism course is a good way in to this class, but you are very welcome whether or not you have done a course. You can listen to recordings of some of the talks at FreeBuddhistAudio.
